Return Process

Securely pack the device in its original box including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 7 to 10 business days.
